Since graduating in 2005, Jamie has spent the last 21 years refining her expertise in therapeutic modalities, including myofascial release and trigger point therapy. She operates on the philosophy that the best results are achieved when the body is at ease; by integrating focused clinical work into a restorative experience, she ensures her clients leave feeling both corrected and calm.

Jamie’s practice is deeply rooted in specialized care. She has dedicated much of her career to prenatal massage, easing the physical transitions of motherhood, and holds a specialized certificate in pediatric oncology to support children navigating cancer treatment. Furthermore, as an educator in infant massage, she is passionate about empowering parents with techniques to enhance bonding and soothe their babies through first-year milestones. Regardless of the demographic, Jamie provides empathetic, client-centred care designed to facilitate long-term health and wellness.

This appointment will include a thorough health history addressing your symptoms relating to your jaw and surrounding area, followed by a full assessment (approx. 30 min). The remainder of the appointment will be focused on a short first treatment along with creating a treatment plan and a home care protocol tailored to you.
