Good Life with Osteoarthritis Denmark (GLA:D) Canada is an individualised group exercise program aimed at people with osteoarthritic hips and knees. It is also available for those who have already had, or are awaiting hip or knee joint replacements. The program has been shown to reduce pain and improve function. It consists of 2 education sessions and 12 neuromuscular group exercise classes.
