**Jamie Stuart**, RMT completed the **3,000 hours** massage therapy program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2008. Jamie has experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions such as: back pain, repetitive strain, headaches, pregnancy, sports injuries and stress induced strain.
Jamie believes in collaborative care between therapist and patient. She aims to provide effective treatments to achieve discussed treatment goals - whether related to pain management, injury recovery, functional movement or overall wellness. She takes a direct, intentional and specific approach to her treatments using various modalities, including: Swedish, Trigger Point Release, Joint manipulation, Myofascial release, and Prenatal Massage. She has completed a variety of continuing education courses and is committed to continually expanding her clinical skills and knowledge.
