#Practice Style
Jamison believes in empowering his clients to take control over their recovery journey and get back to doing what they love… whatever that may be! With his extensive strength and conditioning background, Jamison is able to effectively create unique exercise programs for individuals from all corners of the population, while also specializing in early and end-stage return to sport rehabilitation. As a committed life-long learner, Jamison plans to pursue continuing education courses in the near future in areas such as advanced manual therapy, concussion and post-concussion syndrome management, as well as dry needling or acupuncture. Jamison strongly believes in taking an individualized approach to patient care that integrates a combination of evidence-based manual therapy, creative exercise, and education, all geared towards his patient’s goals. A pillar of Jamison’s practice is communication: he believes that each patient should leave their assessment with a clear understanding of the next steps to take to achieve their goals.
#Unique Facts
Jamison was a competitive hockey player, playing for various junior and senior teams around the province. He now stays active through weight training, road cycling, playing golf and men’s league hockey.
