Hi! I am Jana Arnold-Mishra, RMT, the owner and practicing Massage Therapist at Enlighten Massage Therapy. I have been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist for the past 21 years, since graduating from Career Canada College (in Ontario), with Honours, in 2003.
After having studied one year of Nursing in College and realizing that was not my true calling in life, it was my deep sense of compassion for wanting to help others and my love of learning about the human anatomy and physiology that led me to a career in Massage Therapy.
I enjoy treating children and families, as well as teaching infant massage to parents. I also specialize in prenatal massage including using a specific prenatal cushion, Indian head massage, relaxation massage, therapeutic and deep tissue massage, TMJ and Intraoral massage, Cupping therapy and Reiki.
My family and I (husband, son and pup) moved here to Spruce Grove, AB from Newmarket, ON the summer of 2022. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the beautiful mountains, going for walks with my pup, reading and cooking.
