To enhance treatments and provide a well-rounded service, she has continued her education to include manual lymphatic drainage (not edema or lipedema management), cupping and Indie head massage.
Jane spent 18 years as an Office Administrator, a career that cultivated her discipline and organizational skills. During this time, she immersed herself in fitness, competing in multiple fitness competitions as a personal challenge. This transformative experience inspired her to pursue a career in manual therapy, blending her love for physical health with her desire to make a meaningful impact. She strives to empower individuals with confidence and understanding of their bodies, creating a safe, inclusive space where everyone can feel comfortable and supported on their wellness journey.
