As a certified Emotionally Focused Couple Therapist (EFCT) with ICEEFT, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and a professional member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, Jane brings over 15 years of experience to her practice. She specializes in helping clients understand and manage their emotions, resolve internal and external conflicts, foster personal development, and enhance relationships. Jane’s approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, integrating a variety of therapeutic techniques including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and therapies that blend spiritual and psychological principles. Her background in navigating high-pressure situations, dual-cultural identity, and personal crises enriches her empathetic and compassionate practice.
