She provides individualized treatments tailored to each client’s goals, whether they are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, improving posture, or simply looking to relax.

Jane has a special interest in treating posture-related muscle imbalances, neck and shoulder tension, low back discomfort, and women’s health, including pre and postpartum care. She enjoys working with clients from all walks of life and believes that education, hands-on treatment, and home care work together to achieve lasting results.

Her goal is to create a warm, supportive, and comfortable environment where every client feels listened to and cared for.
