I graduated from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (Sutton, ON) with honours in 1996 and am registered with The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Over the years, I have developed many skills and competencies that have allowed me to treat a vast majority of health related conditions. Whether your condition is sports related, work related or you just feel the need to alleviate stress in your life, I can provide you with a massage treatment that will meet your needs. I enjoy working with pregnant women, offering Prenatal Massage with the option of using a supportive Pregnancy Body Cushion to enhance your massage experience. I consult with each of my clients to establish short and long term goals, making treatment recommendations accordingly.
My technique is therapeutic in approach but is coupled with a balance of relaxation. Techniques within treatments may include Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release Work, Trigger Point Therapy, Cold Laser Therapy, Cupping, Osteopathic Techniques, General Swedish Techniques, Joint Play, Joint Mobilizations, and Hydrotherapy to name a few. Client comfort is always first and foremost with the client being in control at all times.
I am a certified Cold Laser Therapy Technician and have been working with the laser for many years. Cold Laser Therapy is incorporated into my massage therapy sessions at no additional charge. Cold Laser Therapy is not offered separately.
I continue to take courses, staying current so that I can continually provide clients with the best possible treatments. I am committed to helping you achieve your goals of reaching optimum health and well-being.
In my spare time, I love to golf, ski, travel and socialize with friends.
