Janelle is an Osteopathic Manual Therapist as well as a Registered Massage Therapist. She began her journey to unlocking the human body in 2009 with Alberta Massage Training and then the Alberta College of Massage Therapy attaining her **Diploma of Massage Therapy** and has taken many courses and hours of training focusing on injury and chronic pain.
In July of '22 she graduated from the National Manual Osteopathic College gaining her **Diploma of Manual Osteopathy** with Honors & Distinction. After gaining experience in a physiotherapy clinic for a number of years, treating many different injuries and patients, she decided that it was time to start her own manual therapy clinic.

NEW PEDIATRIC PATIENTS: A gentle, age-appropriate appointment for infants and children addressing growth, movement, discomfort, injuries, or developmental concerns. Treatment is adapted to the child’s needs, comfort, and tolerance.
A 50-minute follow-up for teens requiring a more comprehensive reassessment and treatment. Ideal for new or complex injuries, sports-related concerns, or conditions that need more time than a standard 25-minute appointment.
A focused 25-minute follow-up for ongoing care, minor injuries, or concerns that do not require a full reassessment. Best suited for one specific area or a straightforward treatment.
NEW TEEN PATIENTS: Appropriate for adolescents involved in regular physical activity and sports as well as those experiencing chronic pain or health conditions affecting movement. Appointments focus on pain management, injury recovery, and functional support during periods of growth and development.
A longer follow-up for reassessment, new or complex injuries, multiple areas of concern, or conditions requiring more time than a standard appointment. If it has been more than 1 year since your last appointment you will be required to fill out an intake form to update your information.
A focused follow-up for ongoing care, minor concerns, or treatment of one specific area that does not require a full reassessment.
NEW PATIENTS: A comprehensive first visit to discuss your concerns, complete an assessment, and begin treatment. Required for all new clients and returning clients who have not been seen in over two years.
