Janie Bergquist, RMT, is a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She brings a client-focused, evidence-based approach to her treatments. With a background as a former basketball athletes and a mom of two, she blends clinical knowledge with real-life experience to support each client’s unique needs.
Janie offers treatments focused on relaxation, stress relief, athletic performance and pre/postnatal support. She incorporates techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and PNF stretching to deliver effective, personalized care.
Outside of the clinic, Janie enjoys staying active by playing on a co-ed basketball team and keeping busy with her daughters - whether shooting hoops or practicing gymnastics. She is passionate about helping people feel their best and is committed to supporting long-term wellness through compassionate consistent treatment.
