Before becoming an RMT, I spent many years working as a Physical and Occupational Therapy Assistant, where I developed a strong foundation in rehabilitation, body mechanics, and patient care. This experience helped shape my approach to treatment, allowing me to have a deeper understanding of the body's mechanics and the impact that injuries, medical conditions, and everyday activities can have on pain and movement.
