Jared graduated from York University with a Bachelors of Health Science with a Specialization in Kinesiology in 2021. Jared played for the York football team and grew up playing hockey, baseball and lacrosse. Throughout his football career he experienced various injuries that introduced him to a clinical setting. This peaked his interest in helping others both prevent and recover from their injuries through increasing strength and mobility.
Since graduating university he has been working as a Physiotherapy Assistant at Knots 'N' Joints but is now a Registered Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer and is laser therapy certified. Jared is able to create personalized exercise programs that are tailored to each individuals needs and goals. As a Registered Kinesiologist Jared has expertise in teaching proper exercise technique, providing feedback and guidance to ensure maximum benefit throughout the session.
In his free time he enjoys working out, spending time with his dog and playing video games with friends.
