Originally from Kamloops and now based in Prince George, Jared is a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for helping people recover from injuries and improve their quality of life. After sports injuries ended his own competitive hockey and lacrosse career, he shifted his focus to rehabilitation. Jared earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria in 2021, where he worked with varsity athletes and the Canadian Sport Institute. He went on to complete his Master of Physical Therapy at UBC’s Northern Cohort in 2023. Jared currently works at Krell Wellness Center and UHNBC, offering personalized care through exercise therapy, soft tissue treatments, trigger point release, and strength and conditioning.

Outside of work, he enjoys lifting weights, hiking, skiing, and playing disc golf.
