This 60 min deep tissue massage is performed by a Registered Massage Therapist and takes Swedish massage one step further to address chronic pain and injury. This therapeutic treatment focuses on damaged tissue and knots, with appropriate pressure to promote healing of scar tissue, stress and tension.
Hot stone massage therapy helps alleviate muscle tension by using smooth water-heated stones combined with swedish massage techniques allowing the registered massage therapist to perform a deeper massage.
