Jasmine is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, where she proudly earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree. As a keen lifelong learner, Jasmine has a special interest in rehabilitating orthopaedic sports injuries, concussion, and vestibular disorders, and currently holds her Level 1 Certificate from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She is fluent in English and Korean.
Jasmine is a firm believer that movement is the best medicine. Through her own rehabilitation journeys, she recognizes the importance of a person-centered individualized plan for recovery. Jasmine takes the time to listen to her clients and create personal and meaningful goals in the context of each individual’s unique life. She uses a blend of evidence-based manual therapy, education, and individualized exercise prescription to help clients reach their functional goals and return to doing the things that they love.
Outside of the clinic, Jasmine is a passionate advocate for an active lifestyle and chasing new adventures. You can find her hiking, biking, running, golfing, skiing, or trying out the city's latest new fitness classes. She also enjoys travelling, discovering new local cafes, and spending time with friends and family.
