Your treatment starts with an initial consultation and assessment with a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). During this session, the therapist will work with you to identify any musculoskeletal factors contributing to your specific area of concern. Based on the assessment, the therapist will customize the treatment to best address your needs.

Our Approved Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are dedicated to helping ICBC customers recover from injuries with effective, compassionate care. By working closely with ICBC, we aim to create positive, supportive experiences for our mutual clients. Together, we uphold shared values of collaboration, support, straightforwardness, and expertise throughout the recovery process. The Initial Assessment includes a comprehensive evaluation of the ICBC customer, followed by a standard treatment session, all within the same appointment. The fee for this initial visit covers both the assessment and a minimum of 60 minutes of direct care.
