Jasmine graduated from McKay Career Training in 2016, starting her Massage Therapy career at Thrive for the first three years of her practice. She moved to Alberta in 2019 where she got married and started her family. She has recently returned, and is looking forward to settling back in to her practice again at Thrive. She’s certified in Myofascial Cupping Technique™ and takes a personalized, client-focused approach—whether it’s helping someone unwind or working through a recovery plan after an injury. Jasmine has a keen interest in upper body issues, especially lumbar rehabilitation. Outside of work, she loves baking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Can't decide what treatment leaves you feeling better? How about both, back to back? This session offers a full treatment of Fascial Stretch Therapy, taking your fascia to it's end range and waking up the tissues there and in the joint. And then follows it with a full session of therapeutic Massage Therapy to fully treat any areas where restriction was experienced. A perfect combination.
The inclusion of Hot Basalt Stones in your treatment will heat the muscles deeply and allow thorough, therapeutic outcomes, or can also be applied gently to a relaxation session. A wonderful addition to either style of treatment.

Myofascial Cupping Technique™ is a form of Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy. Myofascial Release Therapy is a soft tissue therapy for treatment of long standing restrictions, immobility, and pain, often resulting from past trauma or injury. MFR Therapy does not require gel or oil, but instead includes a combination of fascial spreading, skin rolling, tractioning, gentle touch, and energy work. It can be quite painful at times, while at others -immensely relaxing. The end result is reduced tension, increased body connectivity, improved posture- notable immediately, and a relaxed mind.
