Clinical Pilates takes a unique approach to assessing movement patterns and providing treatment to patients of all levels of function. It utilizes Classical Pilates equipment, the reformer and tower unit, to provide a graded core exercise program that will mobilize while strengthening. Michelle will provide some information on what it is all about, the equipment used in the clinic, as well as take you through a Pilates Mat class. You will also get to try the equipment for yourself. (Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat if they have one).
