Jasreet is a dedicated physiotherapist, proud to be serving the Brookswood community. Her mission is to empower individuals to achieve their maximum potential in sports, work, and daily life. With a strong belief in proactive care, Jasreet’s clinical approach is centered on client education and injury prevention, with a special focus on knee and shoulder conditions.
Since earning her Physiotherapy degree, Jasreet has developed a wealth of experience treating a diverse range of orthopedic injuries across all age groups and fitness levels. Her expertise covers sport-related sprains and strains, workplace injuries, and recovery from motor vehicle accidents. Further enhancing her skills, she has held the role of Clinic Director, managing complex caseloads and multiple locations, and has experience at one of Toronto’s top rehabilitation hospitals.
Jasreet also has specialized training in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management, offering comprehensive care for dizziness and post-concussion symptoms.
When she’s not in the clinic, Jasreet enjoys yoga, running, and exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping. She is excited to help her Brookswood neighbours get back to the activities they love.
