As a high level athlete I previously chose to work at a sports/injury focused clinic (Twin Valley Wellness Clinic) where I developed skills to help better treat athletes, injures, and everyday aches and pains. I offer a variety of modalities that includes Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilizations, Swedish Massage, and Instrament Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).
