Jay Kryklywyj is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC 2083) with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada, and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) #11253571 with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

He holds a Masters Degree in Counselling.

Life shouldn't be a struggle and if you are feeling that it is, I can help you. I work differently in the fact that I work with men from a problem-solving standpoint. A lot of men feel very attracted to looking at the issues they're struggling with as problems to be solved. As we start working together we start to understand where the problem comes from and how it's affecting that individual's life. And then we make changes.

I tend to work a little bit differently than most counselors. I am a little bit more direct and a little bit more challenging to my clients than most others. The people that I work with seem to appreciate this directness and I have seen great results from coming from that place. So if you're ready to get some real work done, please reach out.

I've always had a very strong passion to work with men. As a man I know first hand what it is like to come from a culture that expects you to be strong, stoic, unemotional, and bulletproof. This is an ideal that no one could live up to, yet as men we are expected to.
