He pairs evidence-based manual therapy with an active, exercise-driven approach so clients rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence. Before relocating to Ontario, Jay owned and operated a physiotherapy clinic overseas, giving him a diverse clinical background. He’s passionate about empowering clients to take the lead in their recovery and building practical home programs that fit real life.
