Jayden Teodosio is a Registered Massage Therapist committed to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. He believes effective massage therapy goes beyond temporary relief—focusing on the whole person, meaningful connection, and a safe, comfortable space where clients feel truly supported.
Jayden graduated in 2025 from Vancouver Career College, completing a comprehensive program centered on anatomy, assessment, and hands-on therapeutic skills. Since 2023, he has gained valuable experience practicing in clinical settings, working with a wide range of clients and conditions.
His treatments integrate Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations. Jayden takes a collaborative, client-centered approach—listening carefully to goals such as managing chronic tension, recovering from injury, or preparing for physical activity. Each session is thoughtfully customized to meet individual needs, comfort levels, and long-term progress.
Outside the clinic, Jayden enjoys staying active, exploring new ways to support health and wellness, and continuing his professional development. He looks forward to supporting clients on their wellness journeys and helping them feel their best.
