Jaymie Grove
I'm a Certified Athletic Therapist that graduated from Camosun College in 2025. I spent the last few years living in Victoria for school, and was excited to move back home to Williams Lake last year. Since returning to the Cariboo, I've been able to get back to some of the activities I love, including snowboarding, soccer, and paddle boarding.
When it comes to treatment, I always look at how your whole body moves together, because pain is often connected to more than just the area that's hurting. My goal for each session is to help you better understand your injury, have you leave each session feeling better than when you arrived, and give you practical strategies you can use at home to keep making progress between appointments.

Athletic Therapy Assessment & Treatment.
Happy Backs is an introductory class exploring the fundamentals of movement, mobility, and strength to help you build a strong, capable, and resilient back.
Kinesiology examines body movement to pinpoint limitations like stiffness, weakness, or imbalances through targeted assessments in each session. From there, we develop specific exercises to enhance strength, stability, and injury recovery, enabling freer, more confident movement in daily activities or sports.
Build strength and stability from head to toe using bodyweight-based sequences designed to challenge every major muscle group. Expect functional, controlled movements that enhance strength, endurance, and resilience.
