Jeanine Ryan, B.Sc.Kin, M.Sc.PT, FCAMPT
Jeanine Ryan is an experienced physiotherapist specializing in orthopeadic rehabilitation, soft tissue mobilization, and intramuscular stimulation (IMS)/dry needling. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (B.Sc.Kin) from McMaster University before completing her Masters in Physiotherapy (M.Sc.PT) at Queen’s University.
A Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), Jeanine has honed her skills through years of practice, becoming a trusted expert in her field. She began her career at Nose Creek Sport Physical Therapy in Calgary, Alberta, where she worked from 2012 to 2017. During her time in Calgary, Jeanine was able to immerse herself in the mountain lifestyle, which she thoroughly enjoyed.

In 2017, Jeanine moved back to Ontario to start a family and began working at Resolution Physiotherapy and IMS Clinic in Barrie. In addition to her role there, she is also currently serving patients at Excite Physiotherapy Clinic in Barrie.
Jeanine’s approach to physiotherapy emphasizes personalized care, drawing on her expertise in musculoskeletal health to create tailored rehabilitation programs. She is passionate about helping her patients regain function and live pain-free. With a family of three young children, Jeanine understands the importance of a balanced approach to health and wellness, and she brings this understanding into her clinical practice.

This is a phone or video session where we can discuss your issues, I will provide advice and specific exercises with videos and progress check-ins.
Custom Orthotic Prescription and Casting
A comprehensive assessment with a Registered Physiotherapist, who is certified in treating pelvic health. This appointment may include a detailed discussion of your symptoms, medical history, posture, breathing patterns, movement, and pelvic floor function. Pelvic health physiotherapy can help with concerns such as pelvic pain, urinary urgency or leakage, prolapse, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, painful intercourse, core weakness, and bowel dysfunction. Internal examination is never required and will only be performed with your informed consent when clinically appropriate.
Follow-up treatment focused on progressing your pelvic health rehabilitation plan. Treatment may include education, exercise progression, manual therapy, breathing and core retraining, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and strategies to help you return to daily activities, exercise, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or sport. Your treatment plan will be individualized to your goals and comfort level.
