Jeannette Quach, RMT
Sports and movement have always been central to my life. Growing up, I was often surrounded by injured teammates, which sparked a deep interest in understanding the human body and how to help others recover efficiently and return to what they love. That passion led me into Athletic Therapy, where I began to see firsthand how powerful movement can be in restoring not only physical function, but overall quality of life.
