Jeff is a Registered Manual Osteopath (DOMP) with over 8 years of clinical experience helping patients improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional mobility.
His clinical experience includes treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions such as neck and back pain, shoulder and hip injuries, knee pain, sciatica, headaches, and repetitive strain injuries. His approach focuses on identifying contributing factors to dysfunction and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate.
With a background in personal training and a lifelong involvement in sport and physical activity, Jeffrey has developed a strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement-based rehabilitation. He integrates this knowledge into his practice to better assess how posture, movement patterns, and daily demands contribute to pain and restriction.
Jeffrey takes a hands-on, holistic approach to care, often incorporating manual osteopathic techniques with movement assessment and exercise recommendations when appropriate, with the goal of improving comfort, mobility, and overall function in daily life.
