I've been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine for more that twelve years and I love my work. I use herbs and acupuncture to help people get pregnant and have healthy babies. I also work with a lot of folks with mental health challenges and PTSD. My practice is trauma informed and inclusive of all bodies and genders. Having recently completed my certification in life coaching, I now also offer those services with a specialty in trauma recovery. I practice in several locations and teach at the Institute of Traditional Medicine as well as Humber College.
