Jennifer has been a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario since July 2012. She works with a light to moderate pressure, preferring to incorporate relaxation techniques into therapeutic treatments, and recognizing that physical pain is often connected to emotional stress. She enjoys helping people feel better both physically and emotionally, and has worked with people of all ages, from children as young as 9 years old to seniors citizens in their 80's and 90's.
Jen works with clients experiencing muscular pain usually from physical overuse such as nurses, PSW's, and people who work in the service industry, such as waiters and waitresses, and hair stylists. She also treats clients who are suffering from work related stress (office workers, sales reps), family life, and day-to -day activities.
Jennifer holds certifications in Hot Stone Therapy, ACE Massage Cupping™, and AromaTouch® Technique.

Expect to leave with oil in your hair that can be easily washed out. You will be positioned on your back for the entire treatment so this is not comfortable or appropriate for very pregnant ladies.

Some benefits from a TMJ treatment include: less jaw pain; increased range of motion; diminished clicking/locking; less painful clicking/locking; decreased pain after dental work; decrease headaches associated with muscle tension related to the jaw and decrease neck pain.
