Jen holds professional membership with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
As a counselor with over a decade of experience in addiction and mental health, Jen specializes in providing compassionate support to individuals navigating a wide range of challenges. Her clientele spans diverse age groups, from children as young as 10 to individuals over 65, addressing issues such as trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, and life transitions.
