Hello! I'm Jen. It's an honour to share this journey with you.
I am a **trauma-informed** practitioner that has been studying **meditation, movement and medicine for more than 20 years**. These studies have taken me all over the world, but it is my in-depth study of Traditional Chinese Medicine that has proven to be the most powerful.
I completed three diploma programs (Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, and Medical Qigong) at the *Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine* in Toronto.
With over 2500 clinical hours, I have experience with **pain management, breathwork, hormone balance, sleep and mood disorders, digestive disturbances, libido, pregnancy & fertility, pediatrics and more**.
I'm a proud mama and love working with **kids**. I also have a dedicated **Meditation & Qigong practice** in the *Spiritwind Internal Arts* & *Radiant Lotus Women's Qigong* lineages. My additional passions include **writing**, **Tea Ceremony**, and personal work around **consent, communication & boundaries**. If there is an area of your life where you're feeling stuck - let's chat! I have lots of tools up my sleeve.
Living in nature allows me to best focus on learning **plant and earth-based medicines**, and continue visioning the best possible future for all living things. I spent 3 years living in an Ecovillage farming community in Caledon Hills, and have recently transitioned to this new home clinic space in the conservation forest lands of Mono.
> Sound like I might carry some medicine you need? I'd be delighted to share.

Intention & Integration is a crucial aspect of the plant medicine experience. Acupuncture can be a powerful tool in this process - helping ground, centre, and to harmonize the body-mind-spirit connection. The PRE-journey session will ground & focus your intention, and clear the path for the deepest possible experience. The POST-journey session focuses on assimilating and understanding the insights gathered to help you embody the wisdom gained and release what no longer serves you. *** Please note this is NOT a booking for a plant medicine journey - these are integration acupuncture sessions only. Please select at least one session BEFORE and one session AFTER your planned journey. ***
Today is the day to change your life! It's the small habits we form in our daily lives that have the biggest impact on our health. We'll take some time to chat about what's happening for you and I'll offer TCM recommendations such as acupressure (self-massage), breathing, diet & movement you can integrate in the comfort of your own home. Here are some things you might like to discuss: body pain, digestion, headaches, insomnia, emotional wellbeing, hormone health, communication & boundaries, seasonal self-care.
