Jen aims to connect with her patients and design a rehabilitation program that addresses their individual needs and preferences. She has been working in Private Practice for over 7 years.
Clinical practice areas include:
knee and ankle issues
arthritis
posture and ergonomics
post-surgical rehabilitation
conditioning and muscle balance
Jen graduated from the University of British Columbia with both her Masters of Physical Therapy and Bachelors of Science in Psychology (Brain and Behavior).
She has completed further training from the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute for treatment of the knee, foot & ankle, hip, and lumbar spine. Jen has also taken courses in soft tissue release and the treatment of osteoarthritis.
Outside of work you are likely to find Jen at the beach playing volleyball or hiking on the North Shore. For three years Jen volunteered as a Clinical Director for Special Olympics, providing Fun Fitness Athlete Screening events throughout BC and the Yukon.
