Jen graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster. Jen’s treatment style reflects her attitude that there are many ways to treat all different ailments and these are most effective when tailored to each individual. Jen enjoys working with people to identify any potential causes or aggravators for their discomfort. Treatment often utilizes trigger point release, joint mobilizations and active stretching among many other techniques to accomplish patient goals and improve lifestyle. Nothing makes Jen happier than watching her patients continually improve and return to their optimal state of health.
Born and raised in the Lower Mainland, Jen enjoys exploring BC's backyard, particularly the coastline and mountains we are so spoiled with. When she is not massaging she can be found cooking, skiing, knitting, walking her beloved dog.
