Jen graduated from Sutherland Chan Massage therapy school in 2004. She began her massage therapy career at Club Spa in its inaugural year. After a 2 year hiatus, she has recently returned to Club Spa and is very excited to be a part of the team. Jen has over 20 years of experience working with clients on a variety of issues such as sports and overuse injury support, chronic and acute muscle pain, prenatal and postnatal massage, deep tissue sports massage and general relaxation treatments. She has also completed her Stott Pilates Mat and CPTN personal training certifications which help her to work with clients on remedial exercise and self care.
