As a Registered Massage Therapist I am interested in helping individuals improve their physical abilities through prevention and treatment of soft tissues and/or joint dysfunction and pain. I love working with people of all ages and abilities to decrease their current pain and stress levels and improve their posture and quality of life through massage therapy, taping, Structural Integration and stretching programs. I can work with you to help you reach your personal healthcare goals such as improved posture, increased mobility, decreased pain, decreased stress and injury prevention or rehabilitation. When I'm not working you can find me at Tae Kwon Do, working out, running, hiking, canoeing and spending time with my family.

30 Minute Registered Massage Therapy Treatment. (Usually one minor complaint to be focused on)
45 Minute Registered Massage Therapy treatment. (Usually one complex complaint or two smaller complaints).
60 Minute Registered Massage Therapy Treatment. (Usually one complicated treatment, full body treatment with one smaller complaint or multiple complaints).
90 Minute Registered Massage Therapy Treatment (Usually full body treatment with 1 or more complaints.)
Structural Integration is a systematic treatment plan consisting of 10 visits once a week over a duration maximum of 12 weeks. Using Myofascial Release techniques and home care exercises to align the body into it's most optimal posture. The purpose is to improve posture while decreasing the aches and pains caused by daily life and poor posture habits.
