Jen is a Registered Massage Therapist, and strength/conditioning coach with a passion for athletics and paddle sports.
Jen is fascinated by human movement, recovery and performance. She believes that knowledge is empowerment and strives to pass this on to her patients, as knowing what to do and why along with manual therapy and therapeutic exercise are key for effective treatments. Her past experiences combined with academic training will help you restore function and optimize movement. Jen has a wide range of experience working with weekend warriors (especially runners and canoe/kayak paddlers), as well as people with conditions ranging from whiplash, chronic back pain, arthritis, etc.
Fun fact – Jen is fluent in Spanish! Outside of the clinic, Jen is an avid paddler and you’ll often find her on the ocean waters of Vancouver on a canoe. She loves to experiment with cooking and baking in her spare time.

Can NOT be claimed under your insurance coverage plan, since the therapist is not registered yet. Relaxation/Body Massage (Bodywork) is offered by interns who are current students in the last term or graduates from an accredited RMT program, waiting to write their BC registration exams. This option is great for those who have no insurance coverage or for those who have used up their annual massage limits. This service is not eligible for extended health/insurance or WCB/ICBC claims. Can not be offered to children, or pregnant women.
