Jenn graduated with distinction from Eastern College Halifax in 2018 and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick.
Due to her special interest in women’s health, Jenn has received extensive training and has successfully completed her certification with the Dr. Vodder's School International to become a fully certified Manual Lymphatic and Complex Decongestive Therapist. This allows Jenn to treat lymphedema and other pathologies of the lymphatic system, such as chronic headaches and migraines, sinusitis, post-surgical swelling, and pre-surgical treatments to help optimize post-operative healing. She is also certified to offer compression bandaging and associated therapy. Jenn is currently a member of the Lymphedema Association of Nova Scotia.
Jenn uses a variety of techniques and tools to achieve the best overall results for rehabilitation and well-being. She has experience in treating post cancer surgeries (lumpectomy, mastectomy), TMJ, whiplash, concussions, MVA, pre/post orthopedic surgeries, post-cosmetic surgery and gender reassignment surgery, etc. She is excited to bring her lymphatic knowledge to ReConnect Health Centre to aide in promoting breast health, treating conditions such as mastitis, blocked ducts in breast tissue, and engorgement. She is also experienced in treating pregnancy related swelling (edema) and in the rehabilitation of C-section related edema and pain.

RAPID is a movement based therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous systems role in addressing tension and restriction through the body. RAPID is a deep treatment, working efficiently on chronic pain, acute injuries, scar tissue and so much more these treatments are done over clothing with no oil or warming of the tissues. Wearing light clothing is recommended.
