I’m Jenna, a Registered Massage Therapist who enjoys helping my clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being through personalized, evidence-based treatment so you can move and feel your best. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of every individual — whether it’s recovery from injury, stress reduction, or ongoing preventative care.
I integrate a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.
In addition to general therapeutic and relaxation massage, I have a particular interest in TMJ (temporomandibular joint) dysfunction, helping clients find relief from symptoms such as jaw pain, tension headaches, and neck discomfort.
When I’m not at the clinic, I like to maintain an active lifestyle and enjoy mountain biking, hiking, camping, and participating in a variety of sports.
