Jenna grew up in Manitoba but moved to Saskatchewan when she was 18. Her passion for sports, health, fitness and the body began at an early age. She played basketball, volleyball, fastball and was in dance and has been a runner since age 14. When she was 16 she became a lifeguard and this was the start of her interest in treating injuries and learning about the human body.
In 2011 she worked at an elite personal training center where many professional athletes and general population trained. Always observing and studying body mechanics and exercises in this environment pushed her to learn more. She took a certified personal training course for her own personal interest which then lead her to becoming a 200 hr yoga teacher. The ball really started to roll after that so she became a Registered Massage Therapist, graduating in 2020. Since then she has taken many continuing education courses such as sports massage, rapid neurofascial reset, and Myofascial cupping.
Jenna’s approach to massage treatments are intentional and precise. She enjoys solving the puzzles that the body presents and really helping her clients understand their bodies, their conditions, and how to heal not only in the massage room but outside as well.

PLEASE BRING LOOSE CLOTHING AND/OR SHORTS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. Clients will be clothed (wear/bring comfortable/flexible clothing). The RAPID Therapist palpates the tissues to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Hypersensitive areas are treated by combining precisely directed depth and tension combined with very specific patient movements. RAPID session may be uncomfortable, this occurs as the neurological system is being stimulated to restore normal function.

Craniosacral massage (or Craniosacral Therapy) is a gentle, non-invasive bodywork technique. It uses very light pressure—about the weight of a nickel—to release tension in the head, neck, and spine. The goal is to optimize the movement of cerebrospinal fluid and support the central nervous system
