Jenna earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McGill University, where she played varsity soccer and field hockey. Her passion for sports performance and movement therapy during this time inspired her to pursue careers as both a Strength Coach and Physiotherapist.
She went on to complete her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland. While living abroad, she discovered CrossFit and now works as a Strength Coach at CrossFit 1855.
Movement-based therapy is central to Jenna’s rehabilitation philosophy. She is passionate about helping individuals return to the activities they love, pain-free and performing at their best. Her expertise includes working with fitness enthusiasts, particularly endurance athletes, winter sports athletes, and recreational gym-goers, providing them with the tools and confidence to pursue their passions. Jenna also enjoys empowering individuals of all fitness levels—from beginners to elite athletes—by teaching them how to train efficiently and sustainably to keep doing what they love for years to come.
