Jenna was inspired to become a physiotherapist after experiencing the benefits of physiotherapy as a varsity basketball player and from seeing the positive impact her mom's physiotherapy career had on people's lives. Her goal is to empower people to achieve their goals through individualized treatment plans that include thorough assessments and can include the use of manual therapy, dry needling, exercise, and education. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities like running the seawall, hiking on the North Shore, skiing local mountains, and coaching basketball. She grew up in Deep Cove, currently lives in the Mount Pleasant area, and also works part-time at Children's Hospital.
