Perhaps you are facing a new stage of life, adjusting to a sudden change, or noticing that life has not unfolded as you once imagined. Many people find themselves shaped by long-standing roles, expectations, or patterns that no longer feel aligned. You may be going through the motions or holding everything together on the outside while internally feeling disconnected or uncertain. If this resonates with you, Jenna offers a supportive and collaborative space to talk. Together, we will aim to navigate life changes, turn down the volume of intense thoughts and feelings, and amplify your own voice. Her approach focuses on increasing clarity, and helping you move toward meaningful values- aligned change. Jenna is committed to creating an environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Beginning therapy may feel vulnerable, and it can also be the first step toward living with greater intention, balance, and fulfillment.
