Jenna is a physiotherapist who believes rehab shouldn’t just fit the injury, it should fit you. That means understanding your lifestyle, your goals, and what being “active” looks like for your body, whether it’s mountain biking singletrack, paddling remote coastlines, or staying strong and capable for everyday life.
With over a decade of clinical experience, and her own history of knee injuries, Jenna brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work. It’s why she has a special interest in knee rehab. She understands that recovery isn’t just physical; it’s also about adjusting expectations, managing frustration, and staying connected to what you love.
Jenna also works in the humanitarian sector as part of a specialized emergency medical team, providing care in conflict zones and disaster settings. This work can take her away on short notice for several weeks at a time, but it’s also deepened her perspective, resilience, and commitment to helping others move and heal.
She combines evidence-based treatment, needling, and customized exercise programs to help you move well and recover with purpose. You'll get homework (she means it), along with steady guidance, compassion, and support every step of the way.
As a hiking guide and long-time outdoor athlete, Jenna understands the demands of an active life and how important it is to keep moving, exploring, and feeling your best.
When she’s not in the clinic, she’s likely off on an adventure of her own, kayaking, biking, or taking the scenic route home on a trail somewhere.

Vestibular rehabilitation includes the treatment of dizziness or vertigo, visual disturbances, headaches and balance issues related to a dysfunction of our vestibular systems including our inner ear and visual components. This dysfunction may be related to head trauma, ageing, inner ear infections or medication. Treatment will include an assessment by a qualified physiotherapist trained in vestibular treatment, followed by a comprehensive rehabilitation program. This may include manoeuvers to ‘reset’ the inner ear, balance exercises, visual exercises, creation of management strategies and training of alternate systems to assist the vestibular system.
