Jenna is a Registered Massage Therapist offering therapeutic, nervous-system-informed care in Kelowna. Her treatments focus on improving function, pain, and mobility, while supporting the body’s natural capacity to heal.
She has a special interest in pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and women’s health, and provides thoughtful, individualized care tailored to each stage of life.
Her approach is calm, attentive, and grounded — creating a space where clients can both address physical tension and deeply relax.
In addition to massage therapy, Jenna offers craniosacral therapy as a gentle, subtle treatment option that supports nervous system regulation and overall balance. Craniosacral therapy can be booked on its own or seamlessly integrated into a massage session, depending on your needs.
Her goal is to provide care that feels both clinically effective and deeply restorative.
