As a Registered Massage Therapist, Jenna is dedicated to helping you reach your rehab and wellness goals. She is committed to empowering you with the tools to get you to optimal performance. Every session will be tailored to your needs whether it be rehabbing an injury, prepping for an event or general tension. She uses deep tissue, neuromuscular, active release, and joint mobilization techniques. She is also certified in IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization). She believes that collaboration and patient education will give you the confidence and motivation to be successful.
In her spare time, you can find her in the local gym, cycling around the city, at the beach or indulging in the great restaurants Vancouver has to offer.
