Jenna was born and raised in Edmonton, where her love for holistic health, movement, and helping others took root. She graduated from the Acupuncture Program at MacEwan University, where she developed a deep appreciation for Traditional Chinese Medicine and its ability to support the body as a whole – physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Jenna’s interest in acupuncture grew from her own experience as an athlete and her work in community care, where she witnessed firsthand the deep connection between stress, trauma, and the body. She is passionate about creating a safe, grounded space for patients to heal, reset, and reconnect with their health.
In her treatments, Jenna blends classical acupuncture with a variety of techniques, including electro-acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha, and auricular acupuncture. She welcomes all patients and concerns, with a special interest in pain, stress, digestion, hormonal health, and supporting overall wellness – whether for prevention, recovery, or long-term care.
Outside of Kinetic, you’ll find Jenna hiking in the mountains with her fiancé and their dog Brew, coaching high school volleyball, or spending time with her niece and nephews. She’s passionate about living in tune with nature, moving her body, and helping others feel more at home in theirs.
