Jenna’s passion for movement and the human body began at a young age. Growing up as a gymnast and dancer, she developed a strong appreciation for strength, flexibility, and body awareness, which sparked her curiosity about how the body functions, heals, and performs at its best.
Her love of learning naturally led her into the health and wellness field. She became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2019 and continues to expand her knowledge through additional training in cupping, Craniosacral Therapy, and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization). Jenna also completed her personal training certification, which she practices on the side, allowing her to better understand movement patterns and support her clients both on and off the treatment table.
With experience working in a private clinic alongside a multidisciplinary team, Jenna values a collaborative approach to care. She listens carefully to each client’s needs and creates personalized treatment plans that support both recovery and long-term wellness. Her approach is intentional and client-centered, encouraging clients to take an active role in their healing outside the treatment room. Jenna strives to provide a welcoming, comfortable space where clients feel supported, cared for, and confident in their wellness journey.
Outside of the clinic, Jenna enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.

PLEASE BRING LOOSE CLOTHING AND/OR SHORTS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. Clients will be clothed (wear/bring comfortable/flexible clothing). The RAPID Therapist palpates the tissues to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Hypersensitive areas are treated by combining precisely directed depth and tension combined with very specific patient movements. RAPID session may be uncomfortable, this occurs as the neurological system is being stimulated to restore normal function.

Craniosacral massage (or Craniosacral Therapy) is a gentle, non-invasive bodywork technique. It uses very light pressure—about the weight of a nickel—to release tension in the head, neck, and spine. The goal is to optimize the movement of cerebrospinal fluid and support the central nervous system
