Hey lovelie!! I’m Jenna and I've been practicing massage therapy since 2014, graduating top of my class with my 2200hr diploma in Manitoba.
I lived in Kelowna for just under 2 years and absolutely fell in love with the mountains!!
While I was there I had the opportunity to do my yoga teacher training, as well as beginning to dive into polyvagal theory & working with the nervous system from a trauma-informed perspective. All of which I now incorporate into my treatments as well.
I’ve worked in award winning spa environments and sports clinics, which allow me to treat in a way that creates effective deep tissue results that are also an enjoyable experience (no lamaze breathing required haha!) I blend breathwork & myofascial release to create space in your body and then reinforce the mind-body connection with dynamic movement.
I believe in having you leave the clinic empowered on how to work with your body so that the stress you experience day to day can move through instead of getting stuck in your tissues, as well as understand how friggen amazing your body is!! (yep, this is my nerdy so if you’re curious ask away)
