I’m a Registered Massage Therapist originally from La Scie, NL. I graduated from the program in February 2023 at Academy Canada in Corner Brook and moved to St. Johns begin my career.
With 10+ years of experience with weightlifting/strength training, I bring strong understanding of muscle function, movement and recovery into my treatments. This allows me to better support clients with injuries, chronic tension, or those looking to get back into the gym safely.
I offer relaxation and therapeutic treatments including deep tissue, cupping, myofascial release, and muscle scraping. Each session is tailors to your needs and goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and finding ways to stay creative.
